A.I.A asks twelve short questions about how your business runs, which takes about five minutes. A person reads every answer and emails you a plain plan: what to automate first, what it would cost and the hours it gives back. There is no charge and no obligation.
What do custom AI tools cost?
Each tool is quoted in your plan before anything starts: a once-off build, and a monthly fee only when the tool has running costs (for example AI usage). Typical jobs are quoting helpers, follow-up emails, reports and admin that eats your week.

What is included in the chat assistant?
R1 500 once-off and R499 a month. It is trained on your own information (services, prices, hours and common questions), lives on your website plus one messaging app of your choice (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and Instagram), and sends every lead to your email or WhatsApp. Up to 500 chats a month. The monthly fee covers the AI, hosting and small updates.
What does the booking assistant add?
R2 500 once-off and R799 a month. Everything in the chat assistant, plus bookings straight into your calendar (Google Calendar, Calendly or your booking software), reminders on WhatsApp, and a hand-over to a person when a customer asks. WhatsApp's own fees for reminder messages are passed on at cost.
Which apps can it work on?
Your website (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Hostinger or a custom site), WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs, with hand-overs to email or WhatsApp. One messaging app is included; more can be added to your plan.

One-page site (R4 900): up to 6 sections, contact form, mobile-ready, set up for Google and AI search, live in about 7 days. Business site (R9 900): up to 6 pages with everything in the one-page site, 2 rounds of changes. Smart site (R12 500): the business site with the chat or booking assistant built in; the assistant's monthly fee is R499 (chat) or R799 (bookings).
What does hosting cost each month?
Hosting only is R199 a month. Hosting and care is R449 a month and adds updates, backups and small edits. Both are monthly, with no surprise extras.
Can you build an online shop?
Yes. A typical shop costs R15 000 to R25 000, depending on the number of products and how you take payments. It is quoted after a short chat or the free audit.

What does R399 get me?
One element (a button, badge or small banner) in one of our styles, with your text and colours, one small change, and the code to paste into your site. Ready in 2 working days. Anything bigger becomes a custom piece.
What is the difference between a custom piece and a showcase?
A custom piece (R1 200 to R2 500, most cost about R1 800) is designed from scratch, with animation or hover effects and 2 rounds of changes. A showcase (from R4 500) is a full interactive scene or scroll story, like a law firm's offices as a book that turns its pages.
